Gift Voucher Terms And Conditions

  1. You are buying a voucher that entitles you to book a 'Studio Experience' recording session - you do not need to specify the session date at the time of purchase.

  2. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  3. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

  4. The maximum number of people in a party is 6 including performers.

  5. The 'Plus' voucher allows for up to 3 backing tracks, however, groups of performers are advised to limit the number of tracks attempted in order to allow everyone to have a chance to sing solo. More editing and mixing time also needs to be allowed for larger groups.

  6. You are welcome to bring cameras and camcorders to the studio.

  7. Your recording session will last either 2 or 4 hours depending on the package booked. Time will be allowed within this to edit, mix and master your CD.

  8. There is no dress code but you are welcome to come dressed as your favorite pop star :)

  9. Additional CDs can be ordered on the day of the session for £4.00 + VAT each.

  10. Recording sessions can be booked on any day of the week (subject to availability).

  11. Sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow time to ensure we have the backing tracks you need.

  12. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance then another session may be booked on receipt of an administration fee of £10.00 + VAT.

  13. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance (but more than 48hrs) then another session may be booked on receipt of an administration fee of £25.00 + VAT

  14. Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance are forfeit.

  15. Vouchers are non-refundable.
